1. Order Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Our standard processing times are as follows:
- Design Approval & Pre-Production: 1–4 business days (after receipt of final artwork and payment)
- Production Time: 7–10 business days (depending on the size and complexity of your order)
Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for bulk/custom orders. We will notify you if delays are expected.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable courier services such as:
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- India Post (for certain locations)
Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout based on your location.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Order size and weight
- Delivery location
- Shipping method selected
All charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Time
After dispatch, typical delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 5–6 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.
6. International Shipping

7. Delays & Responsibility
Print Pouch Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Delays by courier companies
- Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:
- Contact the courier with the tracking number
- Notify us for assistance in resolving the issue
