Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that changes or cancellations may occasionally be needed. You may cancel your order free of charge under the following condition:

  • Cancellation is only allowed before your order enters production.
  • Once the order has been approved and moves into the production stage, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately after placing the order through WhatsApp at +91-7989548989, mentioning your Order ID.

If the order has not yet entered production, we will cancel and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund and Return Policy

At Print Pouch Solutions, we specialize in delivering high-quality, custom-printed pouches designed according to your exact specifications. As a custom printing service, every product we create is personalized and made-to-order. Because of this, we have a strict policy regarding refunds, returns, and replacements.


1. No Refunds or Returns on Custom Orders

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been processed and delivered. Each order is uniquely created based on the specifications, designs, and instructions you provide at the time of purchase.

We encourage all customers to:

  • Carefully review their artwork, dimensions, pouch material, quantity, color schemes, and design elements before finalizing the order.
  • Double-check all order details including shipping address, contact number, and any specific requests related to the printing.

Once your order is confirmed and goes into production, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds can be made.


2. Damaged Products Due to Shipping

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and secure packaging, sometimes damage can occur during shipping due to mishandling by courier services.

If you receive a product that appears to be damaged, please follow these steps:

Reporting Damage:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Delayed reports may not be eligible for review.
  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp at 7989548989
  • Send clear and detailed images or videos showing the extent of the damage to both the pouch and the packaging.
  • Include your Order ID, Full Name, and Date of Delivery in your message.

Once we receive and verify your claim:

  • If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, we will offer a reprint and replacement of the damaged items at no additional cost to you with in 2-3 days.
  • We reserve the right to decline reprint or replacement requests that do not meet the reporting criteria or lack sufficient evidence.
  • The replacement product will be delivered within 4-5 business days

Please note:
Minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to the printing process and are not considered valid grounds for a return or refund.


3. Incorrect Orders or Printing Errors (Rare Cases)

In rare cases, if there is a genuine printing error on our part that differs from the approved design or specifications:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide images or video evidence of the issue along with your Order ID and contact details.
  • After internal review and confirmation, we will reprint and ship the correct order at no extra charge.

We do not accept responsibility for:

  • Errors in the uploaded design or artwork that were submitted incorrectly.
  • Low-resolution images or spelling mistakes provided by the customer.
  • Slight color deviations due to screen-to-print differences.
