We use digital CMYK printing technology. This allows for full-color printing using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks, ideal for vibrant designs and detailed graphics.
No, we currently do not print white or metallic colors. White will display the pouch’s color instead. We recommend designing with this in mind.
We accept high-resolution files in PNG, Jpeg, Webp, Svg formats. Make sure to use CMYK color mode and embed all fonts and images. Artwork should match the pouch size and include bleed margins for accurate printing.
Yes, you can cancel your order before it enters production. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. Before you cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your Order ID.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been produced and delivered. Please carefully review your design and order details before finalizing your purchase.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send us photos or a video showing the damage via WhatsApp. Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement.
If the error is on our end (e.g., wrong size, incorrect printing based on your approved file), we will reprint and ship the correct order at no cost. However, we are not responsible for errors in the original file submitted by the customer, such as:
- Spelling mistakes
- Low-resolution images
- Color mismatches due to monitor differences
We print using CMYK colors, which may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Since we print on kraft paper, colors may appear slightly muted or warmer than on white surfaces. This is a natural result of printing on brown kraft material.
