- Shipping timelines depend on your location and chosen delivery method.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless:
- The product is defective
- There was a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong design, size, or material)
