Yes, you can cancel your order before it enters production. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your Order ID.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been produced and delivered. Please carefully review your design and order details before finalizing your purchase.

If the error is on our end (e.g., wrong size, incorrect printing based on your approved file), we will reprint and ship the correct order at no cost. However, we are not responsible for errors in the original file submitted by the customer, such as:

We print using CMYK colors, which may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Since we print on kraft paper, colors may appear slightly muted or warmer than on white surfaces. This is a natural result of printing on brown kraft material.
